Can I request a specific time for delivery?
Unfortunately it is difficult to specify an exact time. Circumstances such as traffic, time spent at previous deliveries and other issues outside of the driver’s control can substantially alter the anticipated time of delivery. We can however provide a time frame along with the driver calling when on the way allowing someone to meet the driver at the delivery location.
Can I pay to the delivery driver on the day?
Yes we can, however for payments upon delivery, we can only accept cash as the driver won’t have access to an EFTPOS machine.
Can I collect purchases at any time?
For collection of purchases, we be may required to bring over items from our storage warehouse resulting in a wait. Please advise prior if intending to pick up old or new orders on a specific day so that we can organise stock to be brought down accordingly.
Why is there so much rubbish?
We ensure we use more than adequate packaging to help protect your item as it makes it way to its new home. Ensuring you receive an item undamaged is always our number one priority.
How do I make a warranty claim?

Do you offer layby?
Yes we do! For majority of our furniture, we can hold stock for 30 days with a 20% deposit however in some circumstances can extend that period depending on stock levels.
